I am trying to sharing my experience regarding job
interview. Firstly interviewee gets some knowledge about the Organization like
History, Production, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) etc.
Interviewee must read Guide lines before attending Interview.These guide lines are as under.
- Be Prepare for the Interview:-
1. Just as the interviewer has to plan out the event in advance, so has the interviewee to be prepared for it. Be Prepared for the Unexpected. - Have
a Presentable Appearance:-1. Everybody appreciate a pleasant Personality.
2. As the case of a Presentation, so in an interview, the Concern Person appearance is the part of the message.
- Show Interest by making effective use of Body Language:-
1. Eye Contact
with the Interviewer shows, Interviewee genuinely interested in the event and keen to participate it.
2. Sit in a
correct, Confident Postures, Straight, Balance and not Stiff in the Chair
offered.
3. Hands be
neatly Locked in lap or Comfortably Place on.
- All the Question must be Completely and Correctly Answered:-
1. Since the
Primary aim of an Interview is to exchange information it would be done effectively.
2. If the
interviewee is not clear about the suitable answer to a question. There is no harm
on admitting it .
3. One must
never try to bluff. Be honest.
- Be Polite:
1. Politeness is
the indispensable in every situation.
- Avoid talking to much:
1. Avoid making
Boastful Statement. The Interviewer is an intelligent enough to find out interviewee intelligence and Suitability for the job.
- Avoid Criticism:
1. Do not criticize
the previous employer or anybody else.
2. Negative
Statements are looked down upon.
- Do not forget to thank the interviewer:
1. For having Spared
time for you.
2.Granting an
interview is indeed a favors
- Do not hesitate to ask:
1. Any Question
to seek Clarification regarding the Company profile, Services Conditions etc.It will not
Satisfied your Curiosity But also give the interviewer an idea of your
confidence and interest in the Organization. But towards the end of the
interview when you feel you are likely to get the job.
